How do you ensure your staff are trustworthy?
We only provide DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) formerly CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) checked cleaners.
Not only do we look for experience in the cleaning industry we also look for people with the right attitude and personality to clean your home or business.
We are fully insured against breakages or accidents whilst cleaning your home.
Our staff will arrive in our Peaches’ n clean uniform and carry identification for your reassurance.
Having a cleaning team from Peaches’ n clean means having some one you can trust! who we would only let into our own home.
Do I need to supply any cleaning products or equipment?
At Peaches’ n clean we bring with us all the necessary cleaning materials and equipment needed for the job in hand (which saves you the cost of having to go out and purchase it yourself).
We only provide the highest quality cleaning products available on the market. Including energy saving vacuum system and micro fibre cloths. the most advanced cleaning products for a healthy home! This equipment removes a higher percentage of dirt and bacteria and leaves your home clean and smelling fresh.
We supply everything from mops and buckets to polish and anti - bacterial agents.
Do I have to do anything before the cleaning?
We do ask that you take a few moments before your scheduled cleaning to tidy.
This will allow us to put all our time and effort to cleaning your home which will result in giving you the best value for your cleaning fee.
We are here to assist you so do please contact us to discuss your individual needs.
Can I leave my house keys with your office? Is it secure?
Of course ... with confidence. Due to work commitments, busy lifestyles and appointments we understand that you can't always be at home to let your cleaning team in.
All keys are kept safe and separately from addresses. Keys are taken out and returned to a secure place at the end of each day so, you can be confident that your keys are secure at all times.
What will you clean in my home?
We will agree with you in advance what you would like us to clean. Please see our cleaning in detail
for more information.
How do I pay for the service?
Payment is due on the day of the service. You will be left a Peaches’ n clean invoice each visit. You can pay by cash, cheque, standing order, or PAYPAL.
Our regular customers prefer to set up standing orders for the peace of mind that everything is taken care of without to much hassle.
At what time will you clean my home?
Our service hours are normally 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
We will try our best to give you the time slot which is most convenient for yourself
Do I have to sign a contract?
Not at all. We don’t believe in tying you down to a contract and would hope to be cleaning for you on a regular basis based on the great job that we do.
What if something gets broken when my home is being cleaned?
We will always treat your home with the greatest of care. However, should an accident or breakages occur while we are in your home, we will leave a note asking you to contact the office.
We will make every effort to have the item replaced if it cannot be repaired. We are fully insured.
Do you carry public liability insurance?
Yes ... Our insurance covers for breakages within your home as well as any accidents that may occur within your home to our staff members. If you would like we will send you a copy certificate validating our insurance cover.
Must I be at home when you clean?
It's really your choice, we are very use to cleaning while our clients are away at work etc.
Many of Peaches’ n cleans customers prefer to hand us a key. Alarm systems can either be left off or you can give us entry/exit codes. By far, the most efficient and problem-free way for everyone is for you to give us a key and alarm codes.
Will I always have the same team?
We make every effort to have the same team in your home once they become established. Occasionally there may be a change due to illness or holidays.
What if I have pets?
We know that pets are treasured members of any home. We also know that having non-family members in their world can cause a certain amount of anxiety.
For the safety and well being of your pets, we ask that they be kept in an area that will keep them happy and secure.
What do I need to do if I need to cancel on my scheduled day?
Should you wish to cancel your scheduled cleaning visit with us, we would appreciate as much notice as possible so we can re-assign your time slot to another customer.
Please note that Peaches’ n clean has the right to cancel or reschedule a service in cases where an accident or any unexpected circumstances have befallen the assigned cleaning team.
